Welcome to torquescout. This online store (torquescout.com) is operated from Bonao, Dominican Republic. By accessing and buying on this website you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
We sell accessories and tools for vehicles. We describe each product as accurately as possible; colors and appearance may vary slightly from the photos. Before buying, check that the product is compatible with your vehicle; if in doubt, contact us.

2. Safe use
Use the products following the manufacturer's instructions. Do not handle accessories (for example, phone mounts or inflators) while driving. torquescout is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or use outside the product's instructions.

3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time without affecting orders already confirmed. Payments are processed securely through PayPal; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. We may cancel an order due to lack of availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case we will notify you and refund the amount paid.

5. Shipping and returns
Delivery times and return conditions are explained in our Shipping policy and our Refund policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Use of the site
You agree to use this website lawfully, without damaging, overloading or compromising its security.

7. Intellectual property
The texts, design and logo of this website belong to torquescout. Third-party trademarks and photos belong to their respective owners. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, torquescout's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
