Shipping zones
We currently ship to the United States. If you need to ship to another country, contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times
We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. Our products ship from our suppliers' international warehouses, so delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after shipping. During peak seasons or due to customs or carrier delays, it may take a little longer.

Separate packages
If your order includes several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.

Orders that don't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, contact us and we will send you a new one or refund your money.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address before paying. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
