Returns and refunds policy — torquescout
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in good condition and with its original box and accessories.
- To start a return, email us at alex0952023@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything without contacting us first: unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
Defective, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will send you a new one or refund your money at no cost to you, and in many cases you won't need to return the product.
Return shipping costs
If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the product arrived defective or it was our mistake, you pay nothing.
Exchanges
If you want a different model or variant, request a return of the original product and place a new order.
